about

Nothing is ever created just for yourself.

The act of sharing is intrinsic to the creative process, because if the music existed purely for the artist, then it would not be for anyone else, and so it would as well not exist.
The artist and the music cannot exist without a third entity - a listener.
In this record, the listener is you and them.
You are the final listener, the final destination of this music;
music which may have been born from two objects casually tapping together or to the natural rhythm of the rain; music that will evoke emotions from deep within.
These emotions have been absorbed, transformed, written, and etched into these notes.
These notes are for you, too.
It does not matter where this creative process was born, whether it is the rain or tapping,
or being able to comprehend what the soul experienced at that moment of creation.
It is not essential to for us know this.
Here, you can find yourself.
A true artist does not try to transmit their emotions onto you, but instead tries to make new ones arise, just like looking in a mirror.

Oh, and I nearly forgot about the others, 'them', that I was talking about.
Them are us, who played this music together, in a room, in a moment, pioneers of ourselves.

We makers.
We lovers.
We moments.
We spirit.
